How to Become a Patient

You must not have insurance of any kind.

  • You must not have private health insurance or insurance through Nevada Health Link.
  • You must not currently be enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, VA benefits or Nevada Check up (for children only).

You must have been a resident of southern Nevada for at least three (3) months. You must live in southern Nevada for more than six (6) months out of the year.

Your whole household income does not exceed 200% of the current Federal Poverty level:

New Adult (17 and older) Patients are by Appointment Only

If you meet these qualifications call 702-444-7034 on Monday morning at 9:00am only. The first 10 voicemails we receive every Monday morning (after 9:00am) are scheduled an appointment for eligibility. When we call you back to schedule your appointment, you will be given more information regarding the required documents you need to bring to the appointment.

Children (16 and under) do not need appointments. Please call 702-444-7034 (after 9:00am) for more information about enrolling your child in services.
